Hi Amy, just got my Hoyt Prodigy RX. Could you tell in detail what you said "manufacturer settings" are in fact? Brace height is told in the manual to be between 7.75 and 8.25. I cannot find a relatively silent position in this range though there is a height with good grouping in that range. It's me or should the range for brace height rather be between 8.25 and 9.25 as I read about deflex risers? Regards HaJo

Hi Amy! After meeting with you a few times in Leeds with your aunty Michelle and Ann and your Mum, and chatting to you about your passion, I've been so interested and proud to watch you at the olympics. Enjoy every minute outside of the nerves and adrenalin. My dad was so excited to hear I'd met an actual Olympian and he will be watching out for you in Rio too. Best of luck!!! Nichola x

Hi Amy, loved reading all about your Archery experiences, hope your training is going well? We are running an event in Northamptonshire in November and wondered if you'd be able to attend and hopefully show us your Bow skills. If it's something you might be interested in please drop me a line or call us on 01938580204. Either way we look forward to following your rise to the top! Kindest regards, Carol.

Hi Amy! Any chance of a chat on the phone for a written feature? I write for Pellpax, a Norfolk-based retailer of shooting and archery equipment. I look forward to your reply. Regards - Hazel Randall

Hi Amy, great site and great advise. I have just got some Eli vanes instead of spinwings based on your blog post about the two.
Keep up your great shooting, i look forward to following your future success.

I'd decided on elivanes a couple of years ago as they're so much more durable than spinwings. One question though, have you tested fletching straight vs helical? There's various posts on the web from very good archers stating much better results with 5° offset, any comments?

Really pleased you wrote a blog about your trip to the Greece Grand Prix . Had been web screeching for how everyone was doing and this was great to read . Great to read about your mental training and what you learnt from the matches . To read how you manage your time and training while away and that you take your own pillow with you . Myself and a few other archers that I know take our pillows with us to over night shoots , as you only want to experience a stuff neck the next morning while trying to shoot once . Thank you for your blog and I look forward to reading the next one x Paulette
